The Legacy Builders Model

To protect God's land from the reach of global extraction, we utilize a unique, multi-layered legal "shield" that ensures our farms remain local, healthy, and sovereign.

1. The Brain: Legacy Builders Ministries (501c3)

Our parent organization provides the vision, the training, and the "sending" power. We operate Creation Care Training Centers that equip the next generation of steward-farmers and cross cultural ministry workers.

2. The Vault: God’s Land Trust (501c2)

We establish a dedicated title-holding entity in every state (e.g., God’s Land Trust of Washington). These entities serve as a legal vault for the land. They hold the deeds in a passive trust, protecting the soil from operational risks and industrial buyouts. These trusts create rules of operation and then give  long term low cost tenure leases to farmers.

3. The Engine: Operating LLCs

Our training centers and support properties operate as individual LLCs. This allows us to run working farms and staff housing with professional excellence. It also ensures local relationships and can address 

4. The Local Component

Each State that we operate in will have a local board and have a local Training Center HQ. This board and the the "Gods Land Trust of (state)" grant leases and enforce bylaw compliance. Each farm is operated as an extension of the local church for spiritual covering in accourdance with Legacy Builders Ministries founding principles.
