To the Ends of the Earth: The Great Commandment in Action
Enabling the next generation to fulfill Christ's commandment—locally and around the world.
The Engine: Our Intern Apprenticeship
We believe that loving God and loving our neighbor—the Great Commandment—is not a specialized calling for a select few, but a daily directive for every single believer. True stewardship and discipling the nations isn't just about crossing an ocean; it's about learning to obey this commandment wherever your feet touch the soil.
Our Intern Program is the practical training ground for this calling. Young adults undergo an intensive, life-changing apprenticeship in biblical stewardship, character development, and hands-on, creation-care agriculture.
Local Stewardship: Preparing mature leaders to manage physical land, anchor local US properties, and cultivate thriving, faith-based communities at home.
Global Replication: Preparing cross-cultural workers with the spiritual maturity and agricultural mastery needed to seed this model in international fields.
Malawi, Africa: Rooted in Hope
Our international journey began through a vital partnership with The Source Malawi. Instead of imposing a Western model, we partner with local leaders to build indigenous centers that celebrate local wisdom:
Empowering Local Leaders: We work hand-in-hand with local pastors, providing intensive training in farming and biblical finance.
Training the Trainers: This isn't a handout; it’s a springboard. A year after our first visit, Pastor John and his team are now teaching local village chiefs how to heal their soil and scale natural compost production. The ripple effect has begun.
The Next Step: The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We are actively praying for dedicated, fully equipped interns to step into long-term mentorship roles and help establish self-sustaining, locally-led operations.
