The pressure of industrial agriculture, rising costs, and dependence on the commodities market have pushed many farmers to the edge. This model is breaking and unsustainable. Billionaires and foreign countries are raking in profits while our hard working farmers suffer, enslaved the the beastly system.  But there is a better way.

Our solution: transform large properties into a 501(c)(2) or 501(c)(25) land-holding structure that protects the land and creates long-term stability. The farm is then leased back to the head farmer, who subleases 5–10 acre farmable lots to individuals and families. The main farming family can teach and manage the small family farms. These communities can share:

• a community center

• a farm market

• shared tools and equipment

• training and mentorship from the lead farmer

• regenerative, creation-care farming practices

This model does three powerful things:

1. Generational Income: It provides the main farmer a stable, diversified revenue stream that can sustain a family for generations.

2. Community Farming: It allows many small farmers to get started without the crushing barrier of land ownership.

3. Freedom From Dependence: It reduces reliance on massive equipment, external inputs, and the volatility of the commodities system.
