Every Christian, born of his spirit is already positioned in authority with Christ. You aren’t powerless—you are spiritually seated in victory. How The "Permavation" Structure Works
How The "Permavation" Structure Works
We invite the entire body of Christ across all expressions of the faith by structuring a dedicated 501(c)(2) community land holding entity. Organized by county and managed by local believers. These farms function as community farming commons, serving as practical centers where we can grow all our own food like a living food bank. We champion self government and stewardship as the foundation to this working church farm that serves the poor, widows, orphans, and those in real need.
Our community model creates shared farms led by local members of the body of Christ. Each farm:
Reduces the barriors of Cost and Knowledge to on farm living.
Unites and empowers the local body of believers in a shared vision and mission.
Produces nutritious, local food
Restores land through regenerative, creation-care practices
Provides spaces for healing, connection, worship and discipleship
Disciples people in practical skills, stewardship, spiritual formation.
Start-up funds launch new properties. Once established, each site is financially self-sustaining through products, with surplus supporting new farms, leader training, and expansion.
We are building an “overground railroad,” onboarding people enslaved to the beastly plantation! Transporting people to true freedom, purpose, and community. Destination: Kingdom Living now. Living out the Lords Prayer.

The natural result of cultivating people and land is Kingdom Impact. We learn to live as children and heirs of the King, forming biblical communities focused on stewardship. In Jesus’ parable of the Good Samaritan, we see how wisely using our resources can meet real needs. When we take stewardship seriously, God empowers us to be the answer to a hurting world. If all of us born of His Spirit lived this way, there would be no need for government social programs. When we get the entire body of christ united on this mission we will heal our people and our land.
Cultivating people and land also equips us to overcome the true enemy, who seeks to destroy and divide. Jesus promised that He gives us the keys to break strongholds and release people from oppression. It’s time to stop fighting among ourselves, pick up our keys, and be about our Father’s business.

One Body
We are not replacing current church structures. We are supporting all church structures and expressions. Ever since the birth of the church we have been struggling with structure and frequently fighting each other instead of our true enemy. We are a support to all: Catholics, Orthodox, Protestant, Independent, Unaffiliated. Anyone who is born of the spirit is part of the Kingdom of Heaven. We are assisting church structures to grow in community and unity by developing working church farms in local communities.

We hold title to property through 501(c)(2) that means: incorporated with bylaws and local board. This Commons structure is a limited-scope land holding entity affiliated with 501(c)(3) (Legacy Builders Ministries) for land legacy and land access and tenure programs. There is no limit to the number of properties we can operate under this structure.

We teach that God has given us the authority to bring His Kingdom of Redemption to those around us now. He is asking each of us to manage our lives, being directed by Him. We strive to know God personally, more than knowing about Him. We want to be a people like Samual saying "Speak Lord, for your servant is listening." Listen and obey, grounded in His word.
God didn't save us just to go to heaven some day, He saved us to be in relationship with him today and He is asking us to join in His work of expanding His family. He has authorized us in this work and he has paid more than we can comprehend for our service. We teach people how to operate these Keys, and the gates of Hell cannot withstand us!
